The intellectual property displayed across this platform is the exclusive, legally protected asset of Guarden. The complex engineering schematics of our traps, our high-contrast brand imagery, our precise product descriptions, and our overarching visual identity are strictly proprietary. You are expressly forbidden from copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or repurposing our digital content for competitive or commercial use. Any unauthorized replication of the Guarden brand identity will be met with immediate and decisive legal action.

While we rigorously maintain the accuracy of our digital inventory, Guarden reserves the right to modify trap specifications, update retail pricing, or adjust shipping protocols at any time without prior public notice. For our commercial network utilizing the B2B portal, all wholesale partnerships are strictly governed by our $700 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Approval as an authorized dealer is a privilege, not a right, and Guarden retains the ultimate authority to revoke wholesale access if a partner violates our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies or misrepresents our products on third-party platforms like Amazon.

Guarden manufactures highly effective, high-tension mechanical devices designed specifically for pest control. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the inherent physical nature of these devices. We supply clear, safe setup instructions, but the ultimate responsibility for safe deployment rests entirely with the user. To the maximum extent permitted by commercial law, Guarden shall not be held liable for any accidental injuries, property damage, or unintended consequences resulting from the improper handling, modification, or reckless placement of our rat traps.
